Built through challenges, focused as a "test engineer" in an ever-evolving industry.
QA Engineer with 5 years of experience in the industry. I do both manual and automated test, comfortable working with Playwright and JavaScript to build effective automated tests, covering both front-end and API testing. Plus, reading code is my hobby in my career life.

From writing test cases to refining user stories, I don’t just test features, I help shape them by finding solutions with business team. I also contribute wireframes, user flows and any specification documents. Working closely with POs, BAs, and Devs is my comfort zone.

A quick tour through the roles and milestones that shaped me.
This was my first job ever, and it helped me understand how to work with real clients. I learned how to gather requirements, communicate clearly, and manage expectations throughout the process. I worked closely with the project owner to collect references and turn ideas into wireframes. Then, I designed the final user interfaces based on the approved structure.

Ahancer Co., Ltd.
Gained hands-on UX experience through wireframing, empathy mapping, journey mapping, persona creation, user interviews, and interface design. Participated in UX workshops alongside senior designers and real customers. Took initiative to redesign the Thai Railway website as an independent project, and presented the results to the CEO and team.

Calcal Co., Ltd.
My first full-time role after graduation was as the sole UX/UI Designer in a small company. I was responsible for everything from gathering requirements to presenting designs directly to clients including senior executives. This experience taught me how to take ownership, adapt quickly, and grow more confident in working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Odd-e (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (ODDS Team)
This was my longest and most transformative workplace. I originally joined with a UX/UI background, but was given the chance to try something new, so I stepped into the world of manual testing for the first time. Over time, I expanded into automation testing, and developed a stronger understanding of business processes by working closely with POs and BAs. This role helped shape me into a more well-rounded engineer, blending user experience, technical skills, and business thinking.

Krungsri Auto (Contract)
I brought myself out of my comfort zone to start a new journey here, after spending many years in my previous place. Although my role remains the same, the working environment and processes are very different from what I was used to. This experience has challenged me to adapt and learn new ways of working that I had never encountered before. One of those opportunities was taking on the role of a UAT Lead to help drive the project toward completion. This experience has helped me grow, gain new perspectives, and feel more confident stepping outside my comfort zone.
